Gozo Buggy Tour

This package includes convenient transfers to and from your accommodation in Malta or Gozo, along with ferry tickets for the round trip to Gozo. Additionally, weather permitting, you will enjoy a powerboat transfer to Gozo. In the event of adverse weather conditions, ferry tickets for the alternative mode of transport are included.

This tour offers multiple stops, allowing participants to take breaks from driving and enjoy the surroundings.

Swim Stop: During the summer months, there will be a refreshing swim break.

Lunch: Indulge in a delightful 3-course meal or buffet, accompanied by a refreshing drink.

On your return journey, weather permitting, youʹll enjoy a scenic 20-minute boat ride from Gozo to Malta, which includes a sightseeing tour of the Blue Lagoon and Comino caves. This option offers an optional highlight for those seeking an adventurous alternative to the ferry. However, in the event of inclement weather, you will be transported back via ferry.

Transfer to your accommodation is included in both options.

During the summer season, all tours include a designated swim stop. Remember to bring along your swimwear and sunscreen for a refreshing dip in the water.

Pick-up times start at 8 am, with arrival in Gozo expected around 10 am. The tour starts at 10:30 am and ends at 4:30 pm, totaling 6 hours. Return transportation will have you back at your accommodation in Malta by around 5:30 pm. Please ensure you allocate enough time for the return journey, as unexpected delays may occur.

• Buggy drivers must be at least 21 years old and FULLY QUALIFIED to drive. Provisional licenses are NOT accepted.
• A maximum of 2 people can ride in each Buggy (1 driver + 1 passenger).
• Buggy vehicles are fully automatic and fitted with seatbelts.
• Drivers must show a valid driver’s license and 1 other government-issued photo ID to confirm identity before going out on tour.
• Buggy tours are held Monday to Sunday.
• Children under 3 years are not permitted to ride as Buggy passengers.
• Customers on a Buggy Tour must wear proper footwear (trainers / hard-soled shoes). Bring a small backpack or bag for carrying essentials. Sunglasses are advised to protect eyes from dust.
• Drivers must follow instructions given by the tour leader at all times.
• Racing and overtaking are strictly prohibited. If customers flout road safety rules and an accident occurs, the responsible driver is fully liable for any resulting costs.
• The Buggies are fully comprehensively insured, except for the first €500.00, which is borne by the hirer/driver as the excess fee of the insurance.
• The local company’s safety guidelines are there to protect you and other Buggy clients on tour to ensure everyone has a safe, thrilling, and enjoyable experience.
• Customers deliberately disobeying safety protocols will have their Buggy confiscated without any refund and must make their own way back to Malta.
• During the summer months, all Buggy tours include a Gozo swim stop. Remember to bring your swimwear and sun protection.
