Description:
Malta has a history of around 7000 years and is filled with many attractions. Our tour of Malta gives you an impression of these unique islands. Hop on and off at the stops along the Valletta North Tour and South Tour wherever you like.

The south route takes you through Paceville, the center for nightlife, along the promenade of St. Julians, Sliema and Gzira, further towards Floriana. A small district in front of Valletta. In St. Julians you will see the coastal region with the Spinola and Ballutta Bay. Shortly thereafter, the south side of Sliema follows with its long promenade and the open view of the sea. From here we continue towards Sliemas north, Sliema Ferries. From here you have a first view of Valletta´s impressive fortifications and the Marsamxett harbor with the many boats anchored. In Gzira and Ta Xbiex there are the largest marinas with hundreds of yachts. Shortly afterwards you will reach Floriana and Valletta. You will immediately recognize when you are in Valletta, because this is where the great fortifications begin. The tour takes you around the whole city of Valletta. On this excellent panoramic route you have a wonderful view of the old town of Valletta, Sliema, the Marsaxmett harbor, the Grand Harbor and of course the three cities that are opposite. After circumnavigating the city, the bus will take you to Tarxien and the Three Cities (Vittoriosa). Then it goes over rural Malta in the south towards Marsaxlokk, the most famous fishing village of Malta. While the bus drives along the coastline you have a great view of the harbor with the many traditional Luzzu boats. There is also a daily market here, as well as a fish market on Sundays. We continue towards Ghar Dalam, an archaeological sight. Ghar Dalam is an excavation site of fossil remains in a cave. After this stopover, the bus drives across Malta to the west coast of the island to the Blue Grotto. Here you can optionally (for a surcharge) take part in a boat tour in the cave system. The last stop before heading back towards St. Julians leads to the Hagar Qim and Mnjadra temples.
